Click on … buttons to bring up the settings tab.
 
 
Under Settings you will need to make sure your settings are set to your device. 
    Meaning if you prefer laptop; headset you will need to make sure they are set.  Your settings will change depending on docking station, monitor and headset. 
You can use this location to set and test your settings before the meeting.  Make changes then click on “Make a test call” button and verify audio is working properly.

Move down this page and you can verify if your camera is working properly. You will see yourself if camera is on. Reminder that if you have a laptop this is default setting unless you have a monitor with a camera on it. 
 
Camera options on monitors – you may have one that is visible that you need to move cover right or left or it may pop up from top of monitor. Verify locations.

Laptop or Desktop Sound Settings
 
Look at sound icon – does it have a line 
Though it?  if so it is “muted”
Otherwise, Double click to open and verify the settings.

Verify and test your settings here if needed.
